In a 5-4 Supreme Court decision that highest court in the U.S. ruled a Washington D.C. outright handgun ban unconstitutional. Although the court did not find that State licensing was an issue, this ruling upholding the right of a U.S. Citizen to Keep and Bear Arms afforded to them under the 2nd Amendment as an Individual Right... REJOICE !
