Some foreign papers are reporting that Rahm Emanuel might resign in light of his conversations with Rod Blagojevich. At least one paper has backed off of the story and the Wall Street Journal reports, Emanuel may not have talked directly with Blago. The confusion and speculation derives from Obama's inexplicable silence.
