Oh, that’s funny. Prominently displayed at the new http://cfis.wi.gov web site is a picture of the Capitol in Madison, WI next to a beautiful skyline - of Minneapolis, MN. I guess that paying a Connecticut-based PCC Technology Group about $1 million to develop the site must have been a real bargain.
