Protesters sue to get closer to GOP convention

The funny thing is from the related article section when the Democratic Convention wants to continue Obama's Change theme at their convention. Doesn't seem like much has changed as going to court because you didn't get what you wanted has continued. Plus I fear that if overruled, the typical violence from protesters will show it's ugly face again.
